When’s the last time you woke up feeling refreshed with less pain, less fatigue and craving a healthy smoothie after your shower?
Perhaps it’s been a few years or maybe you just can’t remember ever feeling truly good. When you work with me, this can become your story. I've been working in the fitness industry as an aerobics instructor, personal trainer, and Pilates instructor for 25+ years creating exercise programs.
I became a Certified Holistic Health Coach Level 2 and a Chek Practitioner Level 3 Rehabilitation Specialist because I realized that exercise was only one piece of the puzzle.
Something was missing.
As I immersed myself in discovering the role of nutrition, sleep, exercise, mindfulness, and finally just listening to my body, everything began to change for me. I started to feel like I was not just living, I was thriving!
This knowledge set me on a mission of helping other women experience this same level of wellness. My whole goal is to help others learn how to make lifestyle changes so that they too can thrive.
