I’m Julie, a certified nutrition coach dedicated to helping you create a healthier, more balanced life through mindful eating and sustainable habits.
With over 25 years in the health and wellness industry, I’ve guided people through movement, strength, and transformation—as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and Pilates teacher.
But over time, I began to notice something important: movement alone wasn’t always enough to help people truly feel well.
That realization led me to look deeper. I became a Certified Holistic Health Coach and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, expanding my work beyond exercise to explore how nutrition, rest, stress, and mindset all influence our energy and vitality.
As I applied these principles to my own life—tuning into my body, honoring my energy, and focusing on balance instead of burnout—everything began to shift. I didn’t just feel better; I felt alive, grounded, and thriving again.
That transformation became the foundation for Thrive365—and my mission to help women in midlife feel strong, clear, and confident in their own bodies.
Along the way, I became a Certified Menopause Coach, helping women navigate the physical and emotional changes of perimenopause and menopause with clarity and support.
